What is sattu and is it good for health? Sattu is roasted gram flour. Sattu is full of nutrition with cooling properties, rich in soluble fiber, high in protein and good for the digestive system. Similarly row mangoes help us to beat the heat. I am bringing here the cool combo.... Stay cool... Stay healthy..

Take a vessel, add grated row mengo and water and mix well. Rest this water for 10 minute. Rest more for increasing the sourness. You may Add lemon if you like. now Add black salt, roasted cumin powder and salt. mix well.

Prepare sattu flour by grinding 1/3 cup of roasted gram to a fine powder. You can sieve it or use as it is.

Now add sattu flour and mint paste....and mix well.

Pour into glasses and serve mild cold. For the better taste, don't serve chilled.
