Fry gond in ghee when it swells remove from stove and crush

In remaining ghee add more ghee and fry flour bhoonify and stir continuously that flour becomes smooth and you can smell good fragrance

Take a pan add ghee and add jaggera cook till melt jaggera dont over cook light brown in colour remove from stove then stop cooking after melt jaggera mix in flour

After mixing flour & jaggera set in a try and mark with knife and garnish with dry fruits

Remove from stove and add crushed gond all dry fruits mix well in flour
