Steps

Boil 2 cups water and put Strawberry jelly in it

Once dissolved and mixed properly, set it to cool. Cut strawberries in half.

Mix condensed milk in cream along with 2 table spoons of sugar and Rafhan pudding mix (we just have to mix it, not to put it on heat)

For layering: crush Candi Biscuits and create a layer of biscuits,

Set cut strawberries and jelly and layer it with mixture of cream.

Create at least two layers accordingly. Set it in fridge for an hour to cool. Serve chilled.
