Ingredients

  • فلنگFilling
  • ایک پاو برفی 250 gm barfi
  • دوٹیبل اسپون بادام چوپڈ 2 tbsp almonds choped
  • دو ٹیبل اسپون پستے چوپڈ 2 tbsp pistachio choped
  • ایک پاو ربڑی 250 gm Rabri
  • دو ٹیبل اسپون کھوپرا پسا 2 tbsp desicated coconut
  • گھی فرائنگ کے لئیے Ghee for frying
  • شیرہ sugar syrup
  • ایک کپ چینی 1 cup sugar
  • آدھا کپ پانی half cup water
  • ڈو Dough
  • دو کپ میدہ 2 cups flour
  • 1 tspایک ٹی اسپون کیسٹر شوگر caster sugar
  • ایک چٹکی نمک pinch of salt
  • پانی گوندھنے کے لئیے water for kneding
  • اسپریڈ spread
  • چار ٹیبل اسپون رائس فلار4 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbspدو ٹیبل اسپون گھی ghee

    ڈو گوندھ لیں اور شیرہ بنا لیں
    kned the dough and make the sugar syrup

    فلنگ کے اجزاء مکس کر کے بالز بنا کر رکھ لیں mix the ingredients of filling and make balls fom it

    ڈو میں سے دو چھوٹی بالز نکال کر ایک میں لال رنگ اور دوسری میں ہرا رنگ مکس کر کے بقیہ ڈو کو پتلا ریکٹ اینگل بیل اسپر گھی لگا کر رائس فلار چھڑک کر لال اور ہری بالز لمبی کر کے رکھیں اور سوئس رول کی طرح رول کر کے ایک انچ موٹے سلائس کاٹ لیںtake out 2 little balls from dough and mix red and green colour in it roll out the rest one white dough in rectangle,aply ghee on it and sprinkle rice flour on itand put green and red balls like stik n roll it like swiss roll then cut 1 inch thick slices

    ہر سلائس کو بیل کر اسپر فلنگ کی بال رکھ کر کنارے پر پانی لگا کر دوسری روٹی رکھ کر دبا کر کنارے اندر کی طرف رول کر کے ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں گرم تیل یا گھی میںroll out each slice put filling on it aply water on its corners put another one circle on it and press it and twist all around

    فرائی کرکے چھلنی میں رکھیں پھر اسپر شیرہ ڈال دیں تاکہ ایکسٹرا شیرہ چھلنی سے نیچے نکل جائے آدھے گھنٹے بعد سرو کریں fry all malai khajlas and put on sieve to drain exase oil then pour sugar syrup on it which is also drain from sive serve after half hour
