Chop the unsalted butter and chocolate into small pieces and let them soften. Boil a pot of water and use a double boiler method to melt the butter and chocolate completely until smooth and creamy.

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Beat them with 3/4 cup sugar. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add more, but I like it moderately sweet, so I reduced it to 3/4 cup.

Then add the melted butter and chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar bowl and continue to beat well. Sift the all-purpose flour into the mixture and mix until the flour is fully incorporated.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in, spreading it evenly.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cake and the pan you use. If it's thinner, bake for about 20-22 minutes, then test with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.

Let the cake cool and cut it into bite-sized pieces. It's super delicious 😋. I suddenly craved it at night, so I decided to make it the next day to satisfy my craving. Brownies have a moist, dense texture that blends with the bitterness of chocolate, making them irresistibly tasty. They're great on their own, but also pair well with yogurt or sweet and sour fruits.
