Besan Ke Gatte ki Sabji

Making gatte - in a mixing bowl mix all ingredients of making gatte and mix well. Knead a dough with two tbsp water. Make sure add water very slowly so that dough can’t get wet.

Now make three equal portions out of this dough, and roll them cylindrical with the help of your palms. Meanwhile boil two cups of water in a wok.add these gatta roles in boiling water. Cook them in boiling water till a knife comes out clean.

Take them out in a deep dish. And cut them with the help of knife. Now take the same wok. Add oil and let the mustard seeds and cumin seeds splitter.

In a bowl take curd and mix all the gravy spices, mix well. Add this curd spices mixture to the wok and stir continuously till it starts to get boiling. Now add gatte to this gravy and some water. Boil the sabki for 5-7 mins. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves if available. Serve hot with Roti and Rice.
