Did you make broth and want to use the leftover ingredients in a different way instead of the usual boiled meat? Here’s a simple recipe to make a tastier and more interesting dish.
Steps
- 1
After making the mixed broth, strain it and set aside the meat and vegetables used for the broth, removing any bones or inedible parts from the chicken and other meats.
- 2
Blend all the boiled ingredients (meat, potato, carrot, onion) together. Add the previously cooked and well-drained spinach, grated Parmesan, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until you have a meatball mixture.
- 3
Shape the mixture into meatballs and roll them in breadcrumbs to create a nice crust when baking. Place them on a baking sheet lightly greased with olive oil.
- 4
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Your dish is ready.
