Ingredients

1large bread
4eggs
Onions (chopped)
2scotch bonnet
2Maggi cube
1/4 cupOil
Curry and thyme

I first sliced my breads because I couldn't get sliced bread

In a pan heat the oil then add onions and pepper saute for 2 minutes then in a bowl break the eggs and add in all the seasonings whisk it then add it into the pan and stir it until it's scrambled then turn off the heat and keep aside

Greese your toaster with butter then add a layer of the bread spread the egg sauce and and a little carbage then place another layer on top of it and brush it with butter close the oven and allow to bake repeat the process for the rest of the bread slices. Enjoy with tea or juice
