First with the help of wheat floor will make a dough....and give rest 30 min.

Now will take all out ingredients for paratha like boiled corn and potato,capsicum,chopped onion,red chilli,green chilli,garam masala and green Coriander.

Now will start making paratha....I tried two types....first I made a ball and filled in dough...second mix all ingredients and fill it. Then fold it and roll over again.

Now on hot tawa make it paratha with desi ghee....serve with butter and curd or green chutney.
