Other side wash 2 time rice add 1 teaspoon ghee & mix proper and keep aside.

Milk start to boiling add rice and Cook in a medium low flame and stirring occasionally.

Cook till the kheer is reduced to almost half and is creamy and thick.and 3 to 4rice pieces and try to mash If they mash the kheer is ready.

Add sugar and keshar and cook 5 mint

Cut into small piece of kaju badam and pista

Garnish dry fruits and serve
