Mix all ingredients except 1 tbsp ghee.

Adding water slowly make a soft dough.

Take small dough, roll it, apply ghee/ butter, sprinkle some flour, make half fold again apply ghee and sprinkle some flour.

Now enlarged it and roast it on medium flame from both side by applying ghee/ butter. Very soft and delicious paratha’s are ready to serve.
