Dinner time, how about trying an Italian version of the French omelette today? You can make many variations, so it's a versatile dish.
Cooking Instructions

Dice the bacon, chop the Italian green bell pepper, and the cheese.

In a pan with a drizzle of oil, sauté the bell pepper and bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the eggs, milk, pepper, parsley, and salt, and beat well to mix everything.

Pour the mixture from the bowl into the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, moving the pan a little to prevent sticking. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cook covered over medium-low heat for another 10 minutes or until set. If you want, you can flip it to set it faster.

Our frittata is ready, serve and enjoy while hot.
