Add sugar and water to a kadai.Heat it to melt the sugar.Stir continuously.

To a bowl ad besan and oil, mill without lumps.

When the syrup reaches one string consistency add the besan mixture.When it thickens add warm Ghee little by little with continuous string.

It will absorb all the measurement given.When it thickens and doesn't stick to the sides.Turn off.

Pour the contents to a greased plate or tray and let it cool down for 1/2 an hour.

Take a knife and cut them into rectangular shapes without breaking them.

Slowly take the pieces.Now it is ready to serve.
