Try these amazing custard cookies sandwiched with yummy cream in between. I bet you will crave for more after eating one.

Sieve flour, custard powder and baking soda and keep aside.

Cream the butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes, then add the flour just enough to bring all together.

Make small rounds and place on a lined baking tray with some space in between to let them expand.

Make Cris’s cross marks with fork pressed on top, once horizontally then vertically.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degree for 15-18 minutes in centre rack, till the bottom just starts turning brown.

Cool on a wired rack.

For the buttercream filling, cream the butter and sugar and vanilla essence till you get a smooth consistency.

Chose equal size cookies and sandwich them with buttercream filling in between.
