Ingredients

  • 2potato chopped
  • 3baingan / bringal
  • 1 tspcumin seeds/ jeera
  • 100peanuts
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Make fine powder of peanuts.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and add Jeera,and garlic and fry it.

  3. 3

    Add potato and baingan and fry it.

  4. 4

    Now and masala and turmeric. Add 1bowl of water and peanut powder and salt. And boil it till potato gets cook.
