Fry red onions,spring onions until almost golden brown. Then add the tomatoes and garlic and cook until done,add tomato paste 1spoon.

Now add the spices and cover,let it simmer for a few minutes. Add your pre boiled ndengu,mix and add a little water and let it cook for a few minutes. Now add your coconut milk,mix and remove from heat.

Serve with your favourite accompaniments.
