Ingredients

3members
  • 2 cupsPoha
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4red tomatoes
  • 1/2 tspPav bhaji masala
  • 3 spoonscashew nuts
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • Forsabzi-
  • 1/2 cupboiled peas
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1/3 spoonLemon juice
  • 1/4 cupfried cashwenut
  • 1/3 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 spoongaram masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 spoonsred chilli powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/3 spoonturmeric powder
  • 4-5curry leaves
  • 2 spoonsmalai
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 2bay leaves
  • As required Chopped coriander
  • As required Chopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    First soap poha 2 minutes and then squeeze from water. Now take pan heat oil add curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and tomatoes after cooking tomato then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala then add the poha and mix well.

    At last add lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
