Wash and Soak black chana for 4 hours. After 4 hours pressure cook chana till 5 whistles. Switch off the flame.

Let the pressure releases automatically. Remove excess water.

Heat oil in a karahi and put jeera in the karahi and when jeera splutter add black chana, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder and mango powder. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.

Serve.
