Ingredients

6 servings
  • Topping
  • 1/2 CButter
  • 3/4 CBrown sugar
  • 1 cansliced pineapple
  • Cake
  • 2 1/4 Cflour
  • 1 1/2 CSugar
  • 3/4 CButter
  • 3/4 cupMilk
  • 3Eggs
  • 2 1/2
  • tBaking powder
  • 1 tvanilla
  • 1/4 tsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350 F

  2. 2

    Topping

  3. 3

    Melt butter and mix in brown sugar

  4. 4

    Place mixture on the bottom of a prebuttered pan

  5. 5

    Place sliced pineapple on top in a single layer

  6. 6

    Cake
    Mix cake ingredients and place on top of pineapples

  7. 7

    Bake in oven for 45 minutes and turn over onto a plate while cake is still warm otherwise it will stick on pan.
