Beetroot Idli
Steps

In a mixie or blender add beetroot pieces and make a fine paste of it by adding little water. Add the grounded paste in the Idli batter.

Mix well along with chopped chilli & coriander in the batter. Grease idli plates and pour mixed batter in the idli plates. Steam the idli for 10 mins or until get done
- 3
Remove the idli from the plate and serve hot with chutney or sambar.

Beetroot can be grated or grounded it's upto you.
