A very quick and flavourful Spicy Potato Bhaji. Slightly on the spicy side, but very tasty and lots of flavours are incorporated into this dish! #ilovecooking #redrecipes

Wash the potatoes, take a pressure cooker, and boil the potatoes until one whistle.

Take a bowl, peel and cut the potatoes in cubes and set aside.

Take a kadai, add oil and let it heat.

Add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Let it splutter.

Once they splutter, add in slit/chopped green chillies.

Next add in turmeric, chilli and garam masala powder and stir well until all the powders are blended properly.

Let the powers cook until it turns aromat.

Now add in the boiled and chopped potatoes. And mix well.

Let it cook for a min.

Turn off the flame, and sprinkle a handful of finely chopped coriander.

Serve hot with some rotis.
