Add baking powder, salt and oil to maida. Knead this into a smooth dough and keep it aside

Now add some oil to the pan. Add chopped vegetables to the pan and saute them. Add ginger garlic chilli paste to this.

Now add mashed paneer, grated cheese and salt, black pepper to this mix. Keep it aside and let it cool down for sometime.

Make small balls from the dough and roll it like a roti. Cut the edges of the bread and similarly roll it to make it thin.

Now put the slice of bread on top of the maida roti. Put some sauce or cheese on the bread. Now add the filling on top of this

Now fold the roti in such a way to make a roll and close the edges properly.

After making all the rolls add some oil to a non stick pan. Now shallow fry these cheese rolls.

Cut them into peices and sprinkle chaat masala on them. Serve them with coriander chutney
