Steps

Soak the garlic in water for a few minutes and the skin will become soft you can easily remove the skin

Wash the garlic and pat dry with a towel.

Now peel the skin from the ginger and nicely clean it with water and pat dry it with tissues or towel

Take a mixer and make sure the mixer is dry and clean
- 5
Now add the ginger, garlic, salt and oil and grind into a smooth paste
- 6
Now store the paste in a nice dry clean container.

You can store it in the fridge for 15 days and if you store it in the freezer it will remain good for more than a month.
