Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, lemon zest, garlic, ginger, cardamom and saffron.

In the cooking pan start frying the chicken from each side until it’s done

In the same pan after removing the chicken, add the onion and stir until caramelized, add the cram and the cardamom and the remaining saffron and start stirring again.

Add the chicken to the cream mix in the pan keep for cooking for 15 minutes in low heats.

You can serve this with rice.
