Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsred chilli
  2. to tasteSalt according
  3. 1/2 tbspAsafoetida
  4. 4 tbspgrinded sauf
  5. 2 tbspyellow mustard seeds
  6. 2 tbspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tbsprai powder
  8. 2 tbspamchur powder
  9. 4 tbspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dry red chili on a cotton cloth and cut in between.

  2. 2

    Mix all spices in a bowl.

    Fill spices into the red chillies.

    Add mustard oil and keep it in a glass jar or Burney and use after 4 to 5 days with roti or paratha.

    Tip- it can store about 10 to 15 days and use it.
