Its like a cake but Its kind of heavy and rich. And most importantly, super delicious. Tradition is using Ghee. But butter should be okay too.

Steps

At first, Take the semolina in a pan and heat them in low flame for few minutes till they turn lil brownish.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add Ghee and whisk again till they dissolve.

Then add Milk powder, flour, semolina, sugar to that mixture and mix well.

In a large degchi, take salt. Make that salt layer half inch thick. Then turn on the stove and heat them. Thus the pan will preheat.

Brush Ghee inside a pot. Then put a paper at the bottom.Pour the mixture over it

Put a stand over the salt. Place the pot over the stand. Then put the lid over the degchi.

In vey low flame, keep it for 40 minutes. Check with a stick.If its come out clean, its perfectly done.
