Assembly all ingredients. Start by sifting 3 cups of flour, salt and cinnamon to ensure proper mixing. Use a spatula.

Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Crack your egg and add your milk as you stir. Get in with your hands till the dough is soft and not sticky. Oil it and cover. *you don't have to use all the milk.

Place your skillet with oil on the cooker.

Flour your flat surface and divide the dough in portions. Use a knife or cutter to cut into shapes. You will need oil to assist in flattening.

Confirm oil is hot by using a small piece of mandazi.
