28 gmTurmeric powder
5 gmfennel seeds
3 NosBay leaves
3 gmBlack pepper
30 gmCoconut
300 mloil
20 gmMint
20 gmcoriander
32 gmSalt

Steps

Fry the Ribs properly and add salt into it During frying.Remove the water 2 times from chilles and check seasoning properly.

Grind The whole spices properly.

Add Crushed Mint and Coriander in it.
