Crush the corn flakes with hand.keep aside.dry Roast gram Flour in a pan on LOW flame for 1-2 min.take out in a small bowl.Keep all above mentioned Ingredients ready.Take a mixing Plate.Mix hing curd,gram Flour,salt,chopped garlic,nutmeg powder,clove+Black pepper powder,Cardamom powder,red chilli Powder,chaat masala and Coriander.Mix well everything.Take big pinch of dough and shape into Tikkis.

Take crushed cornflakes in a plate.coat all tikkis in crushed cornflakes on all sides.

Keep all corn flakes coated Tikkis in a Plate.Now heat a nonstick pan on medium flame.Shallow fry all tikkis with Ghee on both the sides till golden brown.

Take out in a serving plate and Serve hot with green chutney.
