Mix Wheat flour and semolina with 4tbs of ghee and 1tbsp of Red rose colour. Make a dough(not very soft) with the help of water(of room temperature).

After 5 mins. Make 4-5 small thick chapatis from the dough.

Cook the chapatis in a Baati cooker or in oven from both sides and make sure that it is cooked from inside also (for this make holes on chapati with a fork).

Break the cooked chapatis into pieces and let them cool on room temperature only.

Grind the pieces in a grinder jar to make churma of perfect consistency.

Add powdered sugar and ghee according to your taste and diet and give it a nice mix with your hands. Add white rose essence to it and mix again.

Garnish the Gulab Churma with dry fruits and Serve.
