Black Eye Beans Curry (without onion, garlic and tomato)

Wash and soak black eye beans for one hour. Add these soaked beans in pressure cooker along with salt turmeric and two cup of water. Cook for 3 whistles. Take out and strain.

Now take a wok, add oil. Heat it and let crackle cumin seeds. Add cooked beans and all spices. Mix well.

Add 1 cup of water,Mash partially with help of back of spoon or a masher. Cook for 5 mins. Serve with roti and rice. Add chopped coriander leaves if available. Raw onion also goes well with black eye beans curry.
