Steps

Dry roast the Semolina in a pan.

Take a pan / a kadhai on Medium flame. Add oil, mustard seeds, unskinned black lentil. Let get crackled. Add chopped onions. Saute it till golden.

Now add tomatoes, green chilli paste. Let get Tomatoes cooked.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt. Mix it well.

Add roasted semolina. Mix it well. Add curd mix it in semolina.

Add water, salt. Mix it well and let cook the Semolina.

Sprinkle coriandor leaves. Serve hot.
