  1. 1/2 cupgrated bottle gourd
  2. 2 cupsfresh curd
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds
  4. 1/4 tbspcumin seeds /Red chilli powder
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1chilli
  7. 1 tsphing
  8. as requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all the ingredients, churn curd and heat a tadka pan add 1tbs ghee, put cumin seeds and mustard seed crackle it pour tadka in curd.

    Boil the grated bottle gourd, add rest spices and boiled bottle gourd in curd mix well.

  3. 3

    Mix well. Ready enjoy with paratha or roti.
