Steps

Boil water in a pan and soak the soyabean chunks for 10-15 mins. Till they get softened. Drain the water. Squeeze the water from the soya chunks with the help of hand.

Take one big bowl add soya chunks and ginger garlic paste, curd, all the dry masala. And mix them well.

Now add, corn starch, Maida, and mix them well. Don't mix the water.

Now fry till golden brown and crisp. Enjoy the soyachunks with green chutney or tomato sauce.
