Beetroot masala puri

Rinse peel and roughly chop beetroot in a blender jar

Take atta,salt,jeera,red chilli in a mixing bowl add beetroot puree also add oil add very less water after you mix with puree.

Mix and knead to a soft dough cover and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Now divide the dough in small sized balls take one dough ball flatten it and spread some oil on it.

Heat oil in a pan gently slid poori on the oil then with the slotted spoon gently turn over fry the other side.

Serve with masala puri with aloo sabzi,curd or any veg gravy of your choice.
