Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the sweet potato to get rid of the soil. In a big pot, add a little bit of water more like 1 CM from the base. Cook on medium heat covered.

  2. 2

    If water evaporates replace with boiling water but add 0.5 cm boiling water. (Luckily I have one of those fancy kettles that keeps boiling water warm) Sweet potato is done once a fork can smoothly pierce the potato.

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
