This is my daughters' standard breakfast. 1 tablespoon of sugar means the egg is pretty sweet, but this goes so well with black pepper.This is good cold, but it's best when it's warm!Add the egg to the frying pan, start mixing, turn the heat off right away and finish cooking with residual heat to prevent the egg from becoming too hard.
