Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgLiver
  • 4 tbspall purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 2onions
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1Capsicum
  • Salt
  • 2 tbspgarlic/ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove liver membrane and cut into pieces

  2. 2

    Mix with flour

  3. 3

    Heat oil, then put then liver, let it dry to dark brown

  4. 4

    Add ginger/garlic paste, then onions

  5. 5

    Add soy sauce and salt

  6. 6

    Add the capsicum
