Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgLiver
  2. 4 tbspall purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cupoil
  4. 2onions
  5. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  6. 1Capsicum
  7. Salt
  8. 2 tbspgarlic/ginger paste

Cooking Instructions

    Remove liver membrane and cut into pieces

    Mix with flour

  3. 3

    Heat oil, then put then liver, let it dry to dark brown

  4. 4

    Add ginger/garlic paste, then onions

  5. 5

    Add soy sauce and salt

  6. 6

    Add the capsicum
