Steps

Heatup pan saute mushroom and pepper separately
- 2
Dry roast all ingredients to make masala and grind it when cool
- 3
Add oil in pan saute ginger then add tomato ad green chilli and cook
- 4
Add salt,turmeric and grind masala and add ssauteed veggies
- 5
Cover and cook for aother 5 minutes
- 6
Serve with roti or paratha
