Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl cooked left over rice
  2. 4small boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 2 tspbesan(gram flour)
  4. 2 tsprice flour
  5. 2 tsprawa
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 cupchopped veggies (capsicum, carrot, onions)
  8. 1chopped green chilli
  9. 1 inch grated ginger
  10. 1 cubecheese grated
  11. 1/2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tsproasted Jeera (cumin)powder
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1 tsplemon juice
  15. 1 tbspCoriander leaves
  16. As neededOil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix cooked rice, boiled potatoes, besan, rice flour, rawa, chopped veggies, cheese, green chillies, ginger and all dry masalas. Mix it properly add coriander leaves and lemon juice to it.

  2. 2

    Grease your palms with oil and make small tikkis.

  3. 3

    Deep fry or shallow fry tikkis and serve with green chutney and imli chutney.
