Mix cooked rice, boiled potatoes, besan, rice flour, rawa, chopped veggies, cheese, green chillies, ginger and all dry masalas. Mix it properly add coriander leaves and lemon juice to it.

Grease your palms with oil and make small tikkis.

Deep fry or shallow fry tikkis and serve with green chutney and imli chutney.
