Cut the potatoes in the shape of fries.

Keep those cut potatoes in a polybag, place them in the freezer for 1 hour.

Fry them by putting the besan layer on it.

Take another fry pan put oil in that put onion, tomato and capsicum to it.

Add spices to it.

Add the fries to it.

Enjoy it with family and friends.
