Yar tsala (millet balls)

Put 3cup of millet (sufaffen gero into a bowl) rinse and wash for about 3times....

Soak overnight

Drain and rinse again then blend till smooth....

Take 1/4 cup flour add 1tbsp yeast mix well....stir in the yeast and flour mixture into the batter and mix well....

Place in a warm place for 1 1/2 hr....

Then add 1tsp baking powder,3 tbsp sugar,1/2tsp salt,1 tbsp karkashi,and mix....heat up oil in a pan add a spoon of the batter into the oil and fry till done....serve with kuli kuli
