Eggless pancakes

We’ve run out of eggs and bread so breakfast options are harder to come by. I’m reluctant to have cereal because it uses up too much milk so here are some eggless pancakes that use much less milk than normal pancakes.

Steps
- 1
Pop all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix around until all combined
- 2
Mix the milk and oil together in a jug
- 3
Pour the milk and oil into the dry mixture and whisk or stir to combine
- 4
Melt the butter in a frying pan over a medium-high heat
- 5
Tip the melted butter into the pancake batter and stir to combine
- 6
Take spoonfuls of the mixture and blob onto your frying pan
- 7
Once bubbles start appearing on the surface, flip them over to cook on the other side. It should take 3-5 mins on each side
- 8
Repeat the process until the batter has run out. Pop finished ones in a warm oven to keep warm while they wait for the rest
- 9
Serve with a topping of your choice. Bed optional but it certainly enhances the experience!
