It very light breakfast I used to make once in week it's really healthy and so easy to digest. #teamtrees

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. Halfcup curd
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. Halfteaspoon black pepper powder
  6. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  7. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  8. 1 teaspoonchaat masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix semolina and curd and estimated water to make thin mixture and rest it for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Another way is dry roast semolina then add curd and water.now no need to rest

  3. 3

    Add all the spices together and cut the bread round

  4. 4

    Soak the bread pieces into mixture one by one

  5. 5

    Heat up the pan and and spread butter.stay at low flame and put dipped bread piece on pan.roast from both sides

  6. 6

    Enjoy yummy very light breakfast
