A super spicy and tangy instantly made podi from Curry Leaves that are full of vitamins and Iron. It helps function heart better and enlivens hair and skin. Before proceeding with the cooking part, it is essential to wash the Curry Leaves and spread them on the kitchen counter or a dining table to allow them to dry up completely. Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cumin seeds at first followed by the rest of the ingredients listed except the Sesame seeds. Roast Sesame seeds separately and keep them aside until use.

After roasting all the ingredients in the pan, allow it to cool down a bit before dry grinding. While grinding, add Sesame seeds to the pan. Mix well and grind to a coarse powder. Store this in an airtight container and relish upto two to three months. Refrigerate it for best results. Enjoy it mixed with warm Ghee and simple Boiled Rice.
