Add water to ur cooking pot and bring to boil.add in ur beans together wit kanwa and allow to soften a little bit

Wash ur rice and add to ur cooking beans allow to cook for 5 mins and den strain together and wash dem under running water

Pour it back to d pot add water dat can cook d rice and beans.

Ur garau garau is done fry oil with onions and ready to serve wit yaji or eaten wit stew
