Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1+ 1/2 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cupreduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cupketchup
  • 1/4 cuphoney
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoondried basil
  • 1/4 teaspooncrushed red pepper
  • Hot cooked rice or quinoa

Steps

  1. 1

    Arrange chicken thighs in a slow cooker. Whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, basil, and red pepper in a bowl; pour over chicken.

    Cook on low until chicken is very tender, about 4 hours. Serve over hot rice.
