Ingredients

  • 20Ladyfingers
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspAmchur powder
  • 3 tbspRoasted Gram flour
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1/4 tbspMustard seeds
  • 1/4 tbspCummin seeds
  • 2 tbspGarlic paste
  • 1/4th tbspHing / asafoetida

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and Pat dry all the ladyfingers. Make a slit with knife.

    In a bowl take all the masalas and gram flour. Add oil and garlic paste. Make a mixture of it.

    Fill in the masala in the ladyfingers. Secure it by pressing.

    Heat wok add oil mustard seed cummin seeds Hing garlic paste and green chilli. Add the stuffed ladyfingers and cook on low flame for 20-30 minutes.
