I always do my best to make weekends flavorful and enjoyable for my family after hectic week try to give some masti maza time to kids and make kuch hat kay dish.....my daughters know ke aj saturday ha kuch mazay ka khana bnega

Nowadays "Zingartha" is famous everywhere therefore I decide to take a try on it The crispy deep fried chicken pieces and shallow fry prathas with green chutney give your tatse bud tasteful pleasure... the most important is the technique for cooking because we need constant heat for deep frying I highly recommend wok cooking for deep and shallow frying food wok due to it's usual shape and depth give deep.frying object a perfect crisp without burning.
