Steps

Make a dough and give it 3-4 hours to proof. Later divide the dough into 4 equal balls.

Roll out the balls into chapaati,all shd be equal in size and thickness.Now we have to layer them one on other spreading pizza sauce in between.

Spread pizza sauce on first roti,put another roti on top spread sauce and sprinkle cheese,put the 3 rd roti on top,again spread sauce and sprinkle chopped onion close it with 4th roti.Put any round small katori in the centre & cut the pizza into 4 equal size.

Now divide the rest into more thin pieces.The total shd be 16 pieces.Now the most tricky part twisting,twist the on outer side twice.

When all pieces were twisted twice pinch them from the top and give a shape of petal.Leave it and let it proof fr 30 min.after 30 min bake on 200 degree for 20 min or till it turns golden.

Before putting it for baking apply egg wash or milk and finish it with butter.Sprinkle chilli flakes or sesame on the centre part.
